Had a wicked spin this morning with Chris Carmicheal and the CTS crew. That guy is annoying, but the workout rocked.
Did power intervals, (5min on, 5min off x4) at 100-110rpm
and steady state intervals 2min 80-85rpm, 2min 95-100rpm
Stayed in aero for all the intervals which is an added challenge for me on the trainer.
Worked up a serious sweat, good effort for a humpday morning!
