LongOverdue...but better late than never :)Above Left: Our Friend Robert, who only a month or so ago was undergoing cardioversion to correct some irregular heart activity. His heart is all good now though and he'll be at IMC ripping up the course!Left: D and I staying warm pre-race. The temp was significantly cooler at the lake than in the city!

3: The last shot is me coming in the last KM, D yelled at me to "empty the tank!" so I did and passed Mr. Canada :) Thanks to Lorna for the awesome photos, and for all the cheering!!!
