Another great class at TCR. Had a warm up followed by some 30/40/50 one leg drills. Then it was on to power intervals- 10x 60secs. Those hurt! Finally it was TT time, first a 3km TT at 100% threshold and then a 3.5km TT same, but with the drafting feature turned on. Unfortunately for me, I wasn't able to ride in the teeny tiny draft zone so it was another tough effort all the way.
Another successful trip on the TCR pain train. Gotta love it.
