D and I were back to the pool for our Friday night date with a long swim. We ended up having a great workout and it felt great to be back in the water after a land locked week.
Did 1000m straight
500m paddles
500m race pace
500m 25fast, 25 recover
500m easy
Then we had a great night hangin out together, enjoying some down time.
