Well D had the day off, but I had classes and clients all day so it was only a half holiday in the house. We did get to go for our first swim together in forever which was great, and even better because it was smokin hot out and we hit the outdoor pool.
After helping the lifegaurds put in the lane ropes (?) I only had 50 mins to swim so I didn't get through my whole workout.
Later in the day was another class and then the learn to run group. I rode my clunker mountain bike down to the group and got in some good intervals on the trail run, running back and forth between the groups, running the hills 2-3 times etc. Then I rode home as fast as I could. By the end of the day I was spent.
